For an alternative Easter gift egg shells could be decorated with henna designs to give to loved ones. These mehndi henna designs are simple enough for year-round decoration.

Alternatively henna designs can be iced onto a chocolate egg to personalise it and create a unique gift.

Easter themed henna cookies are another alternative, make cookies in egg shapes and ice with henna designs.
